We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our digital analytics team. This individual will leverage data and insights to drive business growth through optimization programs.
About the Role
- Leverage data and insights to understand the holistic Digital Business and drive business growth.
- Lead a team of analysts in measuring and evaluating the Digital Business.
- Identify challenges and opportunities for improvement through data analysis and make strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant quantitative field.
- 6 years of experience as an analyst in a corporate or consulting environment, with 3 years of leading and developing high performing teams.
- Experience leading an A/B testing program.
- Strong experience using web optimization tools.
- Experience with Business Intelligence Tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Experience using SQL or Python to perform advanced analytics and query data from relational databases.
