Total Wine & More is seeking a Senior Associate, Wine & Lifestyle Promotions Planning to join our Merchandising team and work at our Bethesda, MD office. Operating stores across the country, you will support all aspects of Wine & Lifestyle promotions, including lift forecasting, inventory strategy, and merchandising. To be successful, you must be detail-oriented, highly collaborative with cross-functional partners, results-driven, and agile to insights and innovations in the business. You will work with many departments in the company and learn many aspects of the overall operations of Total Wine & More. You will report to the Manager, Wine & Lifestyle Promotional Planning.

You will
- Manage inventory necessary for Wine promotions and in-store displays.
- Forecast omni-channel promotional lifts, understanding overall impact to Sales, Gross Margin, and Markdown budget.
- Prepare analyses tracking promotions performance and use insights to impact future strategy.
- Support Digital Bundles through forecasts & item selection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute monthly merchandising and promotional plans and meet key deadlines.
- Own inventory strategy and execution of in-store tastings.
- Support Lifestyles promotions planning during peak volume months.
- Support shifts & expansions of in-store merchandising (Grand Openings, Resets, etc.).

The exempt compensation range for this position is $53,600-114,400. Compensation may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills and / or experience.
