- Assist in merchandising and product displays to enhance the shopping experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
- Uphold store standards by keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales environments is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
