Responsibilities
Must be able to work under Stress enviroment.
Strong leader ship skills
Ability to achive store targets
Coach & Train other staff as required
Ability to motivate the staff
Track the staff performance daily / weekly bases
Fully accountable for execution of sales, service and customer experience initiatives in store
Fully accountable for Inventory mangement (RMA, Trade-ins, count )
Over see the floor , avalable at floor
Ensure the to attend the Computer Based Trainings & Webinars
Ablitiy to followup team on Sales tasks & goals
Ensure the Marchandize is done in timely manners
Ensure the Sales persons do bundle & maximes each sales opportunity.
Skills
- Proven work experience as Store Manager in Wireless industry
- Preferred experince in MetroPCS, Boost Mobile , Cricket or Multicarrier
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic math skills
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- High school degree
- BSc in Marketing or related field is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
