Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Advocate to take on a variety of responsibilities, including store operations, sales, and customer engagement. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in driving sales, building relationships with customers, and ensuring a seamless in-store experience. Your primary responsibility will be to attract and engage customers, assist them in selecting the best service plans and devices, and contribute to the store’s success through your sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and close the store as per operational guidelines.
- Execute marketing efforts, both in-person and via social media, to attract customers and promote our services and deals.
- Assist customers in selecting the right service plan and devices to meet their needs, including recommending accessories.
- Manage store operations and perform necessary tasks to ensure a smooth functioning of the store.
- Drive sales performance through a customer-centric approach, aiming to exceed sales targets and maximize bonus potential.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming attitude at all times to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, with a preference for experience in wireless or retail sales.
- A strong drive to maximize and exceed sales targets, as a result maximizing your earning potential through bonuses and commissions.
- Ability to engage customers in a way that builds trust and rapport.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base, preferred not required.
- Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and other retail technology.
- Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude in all interactions with customers and team members.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales, customer service, and achieving performance goals.
