We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and addressing any concerns.
• Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
• Utilize basic math skills to process transactions and provide change to customers.
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively communicate with customers.
• Assist in supervising sales floor activities, ensuring compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Keep the sales area organized, clean, and visually appealing to attract customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Outside sales and marketing

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
• Familiarity with operating cash registers and handling cash transactions is a plus.
• Ability to upsell products and services while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
