Job Description :
Total Wrecking is looking to hire a Project Manager for oversight of large-scale asbestos abatement and demolition projects. Must be able to read and understand project plans and specifications. Experience with waste tracking / manifesting, recordkeeping, submittal preparation, planning / scheduling, and subcontractor oversight and coordination is preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Report directly to the Managing Member and Senior Project Manager.
- Oversee all aspects of demolition projects from planning to implementation
- Develop, coordinate and Maintain the following Scope of work activities :
o Schedule of Values
o Submittals
o Pay Requisitions
o RFI
o RFC
o Project Schedule
o Labor
o Material
o Equipment
o Project Inspectors
o Contractors
o Architects
o Engineers
o Clients
o City, County, State and Federal Representatives
o Sometimes with limited information
Requirements :
o i.e. Outlook, Word, Projects, Excel
