Activités
Key Activities:
Serve as a trusted resource for the labor and workforce community, informing them about the offshore wind industry and establishing linkages to advance the offshore wind energy workforce.
Lead the development and negotiation of Project Labor Agreements (PLA) and Labor Peace Agreements (LPA).
Review and analyze collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) and advise the company on obligations.
Coordinate with the External Affairs team to build and execute effective communication strategies.
Engage with local trades and union organizations to build local partnerships.
Collaborate with the labor community to facilitate apprenticeship and labor programs.
Develop strategies to increase workforce diversity and support a just transition.
Understand and report on offshore wind safety and technical training programs.
