Location: Hilton Head (frequent travel to Charleston required for the first 6 months for training)

Job Duties:

• Conduct client consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Document treatments in EMR and analyze patient history
• Be knowledgeable about all services and products offered at the spa
• Cross-sell complementary procedures and products
• Participate in office events and contribute to social media presence
• Educate patients on treatment options and maintain HIPAA compliance
• Clean and sanitize patient rooms according to spa standards

Skills & Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice in SC
• At least 5 years of experience with injectables preferred
• Highly polished, professional appearance with excellent customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Excellent consultation, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Punctual, team-oriented, and positive attitude
• Ability to handle stressful moments while maintaining composure
• Sales skills to promote services and products
