We’re a warm, loving family of four (with two little ones under two) looking for a full-time, live-in nanny to help us care for our children, create meaningful moments, and be a part of our family’s daily routine in beautiful San Francisco.

About Us : We’re a family originally from Utah, and we’ve recently made San Francisco our home. We value strong work ethics, positive energy, and family-centered values, and we’re excited to find someone who shares those same ideals. Our children are full of energy, curiosity, and laughter. We love outdoor adventures, good food, and making memories together. We also understand the importance of a healthy work-life balance and want to create an environment where our nanny feels appreciated and supported.

The Role : As our live-in nanny, you’ll have the opportunity to care for our two children. Your main responsibilities will include :

Caring for the children throughout the day, from their morning wake-up until we finish work.
Creating engaging activities that help with their development and encourage learning through play.
Helping with meal preparation.
Overseeing daily routines.
Offering support during emergencies or travel-related times (overnight care when needed).
Assisting with light housework related to the children (tidying up toys, their laundry, etc.).

What We’re Looking For :

Experience : Experience caring for two children under two.

Energy & Enthusiasm : A nanny who enjoys being active, creative, and hands-on. We’re looking for someone who is proactive and takes initiative. Our home has multiple floors so you must be comfortable walking up and down stairs with children.

Kindness & Compassion : We value kindness and understanding and are looking for someone who can build a strong, positive relationship with our children.

Responsibility : You will be the cornerstone of our children's care during the workweek, and we need someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and capable of handling emergency situations when they arise.

What We Offer :

Competitive Compensation : Guaranteed salary with overtime for any extra hours plus room and board.

Comfortable Living : Living in our home with us is a requirement to ensure availability in the event of emergencies. A private, luxurious room with ensuite bathroom in our San Francisco home will be included.

Travel : Our family loves to travel and you would get the chance to travel with us all expenses paid.

Two Weeks Paid Vacation Plus Holidays : To enjoy some well-deserved time off each year.

Flights Home : We understand how important it is to visit family, so we’ll cover your flights home a couple of times a year (with some restrictions).

Transportation : A car will be provided for both work and personal use during your time off (with some restrictions). You must be an experienced driver with a current license and clean driving record.

Cell Phone : We will provide a work phone and monthly service.

Ideal Candidate :

Experienced, organized, patient, and flexible , with an ability to manage both children effectively.

Comfortable with a consistent schedule (Monday-Friday with extra help needed during emergencies).

Willing to commit to a year-long stay , becoming a trusted member of our family.

Non-smoker , and comfortable living in a family-oriented environment.

Interested in experiencing life in a big city, saving a lot of money , working with two amazing children, and living with a family who respects and appreciates your work.
