Totally Promotional is looking for energetic and professional candidates for a second shift position in our Customer Service area. Our Help Desk associates provide an exceptional level of care and assistance to our customers by phone, email, and web chat.
Responsibilities may include:
- Engage customers through telephone calls, web chats, and emails in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries relating to the ordering of product through our websites.
- Gather information, research, and resolve inquiries.
- Enter customer data and other relevant order information.
- Communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
- Inform customers about services and products available.
- Make recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness of our websites.
- Ability to simultaneously handle calls, chats, and emails
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST
Experience/Certification Required:
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- Prior Customer Service experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and stand-alone depending on the workload and situation.
- Ability to conduct tasks simultaneously.
- Experience or certification in graphic design is a plus.
