Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, ensuring all areas are sanitized and well-maintained.
• Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and floor care.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring freshness and cleanliness.
• Provide custodial services in commercial settings when required.
• Assist with cooking or meal preparation if requested by clients.
• Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Uphold high standards of customer service while interacting with clients.

Experience

• Previous experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices and sanitation protocols is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently without supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently throughout the day.

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
