Metro By T-Mobile Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
Opens store on time.
Greet customers in a timely and positive manner - create a positive sales experience for the customer.
Assist new customers in opening an account.
Assist existing accounts with their bill payments and let them know about promotions they may be eligible for.
Contribute to team effort and success.
Maintain professional and technological knowledge of cutting-edge technology.Identify the customer's needs and provide information related to Metro by T-Mobile products and services.
Is a knowledgeable expert for customer troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Maintains records of existing and potential customers.
Performs sales tracking, customer account updates, and related reporting.Sell and up-sell products Cash handling Maintains Store and work area clean.

Job Requirements;
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude.
Strong negotiating skills.
A high energy level and self-motivated.
Eagerness to learn new devices and technology.
Fluent in English.
Arabic and Spanish (Preferred).
Reliable mode of transportation (personally-owned vehicle).
Cellphone sales experience preferred.

Qualifications Include:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal skills Dedication to the position 1-year retail sales or customer service experience; wireless/telecom experience preferred.
Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
