Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator (Entry Level)

Location: Dayton, OH 45429

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (possible Hybrid schedule)

Pay: $45k-$50k/yr Benefits: Med/Den/Vis, 401k, PTO

Job Description:

• Work closely with the research team to help facilitate effective and efficient clinical trials by:
• Completing daily project-specific data management such as data entry & query resolution
• Actively manage and facilitate the data/research chart process flow to ensure accurate and timely process execution. Print, collate, and create research charts o Track, manage, and order required supplies
• Manage office services and vendor relationship
• Receive, code, and report all office invoices to Accounting
• Conduct various required medical procedures and measurements as required
• Recruit participants for clinical trials and help facilitate successful participant enrollment by:
• Reviewing clinical studies/protocols, understanding study specifics and eligibility requirements
• Serve as primary contact between patient, doctor, clinical research coordinators and investigators. Communicate with IRBs and pharmaceutical companies
• Set screening criteria and communicate with existing patients from internal database to prescreen for study eligibility
• Support the development of recruitment strategies, branding, and campaign materials including television, radio, and digital marketing
• Develop outreach materials (letters, pamphlets, etc.) and track outreach efforts

Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma required & 1-2 years of Medical Office experience required (preferably research)
• Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with Electronic Health Records system (EHR)
• Self-starter with initiative with excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and high-level attention to detail & quality skills
