Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator (Entry Level)
Location: Dayton, OH 45429
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (possible Hybrid schedule)
Pay: $45k-$50k/yr Benefits: Med/Den/Vis, 401k, PTO

Job Description:
- Work closely with the research team to help facilitate effective and efficient clinical trials by:
- Completing daily project-specific data management such as data entry & query resolution
- Actively manage and facilitate the data/research chart process flow to ensure accurate and timely process execution. Print, collate, and create research charts o Track, manage, and order required supplies
- Manage office services and vendor relationship
- Receive, code, and report all office invoices to Accounting
- Conduct various required medical procedures and measurements as required
- Recruit participants for clinical trials and help facilitate successful participant enrollment by:
- Reviewing clinical studies/protocols, understanding study specifics and eligibility requirements
- Serve as primary contact between patient, doctor, clinical research coordinators and investigators. Communicate with IRBs and pharmaceutical companies
- Set screening criteria and communicate with existing patients from internal database to prescreen for study eligibility
- Support the development of recruitment strategies, branding, and campaign materials including television, radio, and digital marketing
- Develop outreach materials (letters, pamphlets, etc.) and track outreach efforts
Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma required & 1-2 years of Medical Office experience required (preferably research)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with Electronic Health Records system (EHR)
- Self-starter with initiative with excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and high-level attention to detail & quality skills
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
