Pay : $55-$58 / hr ($115-$120k / yr)

Job Description :
Ensure smooth operation of facilities and building systems in Maple Grove manufacturing plant, including Process water system, HVAC system, Clean room system, Boiler system, Incoming power and gas, Water supply, Compressed air system, and Fire protection system
Lead in-system upgrading and / or improvement projects including validation requirements and all facilities / building systems reliability
Continual review of facilities and building systems for equipment capacity, reliability, energy efficiency and recommend improvement or upgrading
Lead cross functional operation and quality team to resolve facilities system or quality related issues
Monitor and maintain facilities systems and procedures to comply to cGMP systems, regulatory, quality
Prepare and participate in Quality audits and annual budgeting process
Experience Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field & 5 or more years related experience, including experience working in a medical device manufacturing environment w / a preference for aseptic processing facilities (food, pharma, med device, data centers)
Experience in designing & building an Aseptic manufacturing facility
Qualification, validation of APA, ISO 13408 / 14644 & leading Audits experience
Proven expertise in MS Office Suite
Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to influence change and project management skills, including Project Cost Management, Contract Negotiations, & Cross-Functional Team Work
