We are seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a contract job in a hospital setting. As an emergency department registered nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to patients with a range of conditions
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Conduct assessments, administer medications, and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
