Job Summary
AHS Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced travel CT Technologist to work in Panama City, Florida. This 13-week assignment requires the successful candidate to provide imaging services using computed tomography equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT scans for patients with various medical conditions
- Operate and maintain CT scanners, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret scan results and develop treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Current ARRT certification as a Registered Technologist (R.T.) in Computed Tomography (CT)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CT scanning, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental goals
Work Schedule
This travel position requires the successful candidate to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. The schedule will be determined in collaboration with the facility and may include variable shifts.
Travel Requirements
The selected candidate will be required to travel to Panama City, Florida for the duration of the assignment. AHS Staffing will provide assistance with housing and relocation expenses, if necessary.
