Job Overview: As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating advanced imaging equipment, including computed tomography (CT) scanners, to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CT scanners to produce accurate and detailed images of patients' internal structures.
- Position patients for optimal image quality and ensure their safety during imaging procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, including medical history and imaging results.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment.
Requirements:
- AAS degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R)
- 2 years of experience in radiology, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
