Diagnostic Technologist - MRI

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented MRI Technologist to work on a 13-week contract basis at one of our esteemed clients in Brockport, New York. As an experienced MRI Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate magnetic resonance imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
• Interview patients to explain MRI procedures and address any concerns they may have
• Ensure patient and staff safety during MRI procedures
• Orient new hires and train students, trainees, and other staff members

Requirements

• A minimum of two years of recent experience as an MRI Technologist
• Proficiency in all duties required of an MRI Technologist II
• Knowledge of required protocols in performing complex MRI procedures
• Ability to learn applications relevant to the position
• Two years of hospital experience in a clinical area
