Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make regular home visits to clients, conducting thorough assessments of their physical and emotional needs.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and outcomes.
Requirements
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Maryland is required.
- Prior experience in home health care or a related field is strongly preferred, but not necessary.
