Job Summary
As a Cardiovascular Technologist with TotalMed Staffing, you will work on a contract basis in a fast-paced CVOR environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist cardiovascular surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgeries, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatments.
Responsibilities
- Operate electrocardiogram (ECG) machines and other medical equipment
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Assist in preparing patients for surgery
- Perform echocardiograms and other imaging procedures
Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher in Cardiovascular Technology or a related field
- Current certification as a Cardiovascular Technologist
- 1 year of experience in a CVOR environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based setting
