Job Description
This role involves conducting home visits to clients in Anne Arundel County, administering medication, and monitoring patients' conditions. You will work closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing services, including wound care and treatments
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
- Report changes in clients' conditions to Clinical or Client Services Manager
Requirements
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Maryland
- Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and solid computer skills
