Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Deliver direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Report patients' progress and any concerns to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Requirements
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Vermont.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
