Shift: 12 hours, nights
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our team as a travel nurse in Farmville, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and monitor patients in an Intensive Care Unit setting
- Provide the most direct care to patients in life-threatening situations
- Document and provide physician-directed care
- Assess and implement patient care plans
- Delegate to other care providers as appropriate
- Provide education and support to patient families
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information
Requirements:
- 1-2 years recent acute care experience
- ACLS, BLS, NIH certifications
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
