Certification and Experience

The ideal candidate will hold certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring.

Job Requirements

  • Expected ratios: 1:1 during labor and delivery, 3:1 for couplet care
  • Cases seen per month: 40 deliveries
  • Years of experience preferred: At least 2 years in labor and delivery and postpartum couplet care

Unit Details

The obstetrics unit provides antepartum triage, labor and delivery, and mother/newborn couplet care services. The unit consists of 13 beds with an expected workload of 40 deliveries per month.
