Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. This is a 13-week contract position with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1-2 .
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including airway management, vented patient management, arterial line management, dysrhythmia management, central line management, IV drip management, isolation precautions, triage skills, computerized documentation, and interpretation of ABGs.
Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of recent experience in a similar role
- State License Verification required
- BLS - Basic Life Support certification required
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification required for ER roles
- NIH Stroke Certification required as the facility specializes in stroke care
