Registered Nurse (RN) - OR Circulate
TotalMed Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to fill an OR Circulate position in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and executed effectively.
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and resource management related to patient care.
The RN will assume responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process, directing care according to established standards of safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience in operating room settings preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
