Job Description
This position involves assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will also administer medications to patients while monitoring for reactions and side effects, and provide education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
- AHA BLS certification prior to end of orientation period.
