Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's unique requirements
- Provide hands-on care and support to clients in their homes, including medication administration, wound care, and assistance with daily living activities
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and care provided
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Florida
- Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience
- Prior home care experience preferred, but not required
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
