TotalMed Staffing is seeking a skilled Obstetric Intensive Care Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced labor and delivery setting.
About the Unit:
The OB unit where you will be working includes antepartum triage, labor and delivery, and mother/newborn couplet care. Our unit is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients, and we are looking for a nurse who shares our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing labor and delivery
- Care for postpartum mothers and newborns
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
Requirements:
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Neonatal resuscitation and intermediate fetal monitoring skills preferred
- 2 years of experience in labor and delivery or postpartum couplet care
