Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team on a travel assignment in Peoria, Illinois. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to patients requiring respiratory therapy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' respiratory status and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement and manage respiratory therapy modalities, including oxygen therapy and ventilation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Illinois
- Current BLS certification
- At least one year of experience working as a Respiratory Therapist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
