Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patients' conditions
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations of patients' conditions
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of employment
- 1 year of experience in med-surg setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work 36 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
