Job Details
This is a 36-hour, night shift position with a schedule of 7p-7:30a, every other weekend and holidays.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Have a current professional license and/or certification in good standing.
- Pass a Fit Test within 3 months of start date and updated if there's a 6 month break.
- Provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or have an approved exemption.
- Have two MMR vaccines or provide proof of immunity via blood test.
- Have a strong preference for Hepatitis B vaccine series or proof of immunity via blood test, or declination form.
- Complete annual flu vaccination during flu season (Sept 15th - April 30th).
- Pass TB skin test screening within 3 months of start date and updated if there's a 6 month break.
- OR Provide documentation of a negative QuantiFERON TB Test or T-spot within 3 months of start date and updated if there's a 6 month break.
- Obtain a Physician Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if there's a 6 month break.
Acceptable Certifications
The following certifications are acceptable:
- AHA (American Heart Association)
- Red Cross
- CHSF (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
- Military training

The following hospitals prefer AHA certification:

Hepatitis B Vaccine Requirement
Vaccines required for Hepatitis B include three doses, which should be administered over a period of six months.
