We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Care Provider to join our team as a Travel Nurse Specialist.
Responsibilities
This role involves coordinating care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a high standard of care and patient safety. Additionally, the RN will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on promoting health, preventing disease, and helping manage chronic conditions.
Pay and Benefits
This is a 9-hour shift, 40 hours per week assignment with pay based on 9 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation). A tax-free stipend amount will be provided, along with access to company-provided housing options, medical benefits, dental benefits, and holiday pay.
