Responsibilities
Perform complex laboratory tests on patient samples using sophisticated equipment and techniques.
Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results by following standard operating procedures and quality control measures.
Analyze and interpret test results, and report findings to healthcare providers for diagnosis and treatment.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate patient care and treatment decisions.
Maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot issues, and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Required Qualifications
MT, ASCP, and CLS
BLS (Other Certifications as required by facility)
Two years of recent Medical Surgical / Telemetry RN experience
Strong communication and adaptability skills.
