We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at a reputable healthcare facility in Englewood, Ohio. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the PCU setting, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment plans
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and maintain accurate records in accordance with hospital policies and regulations
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, addressing the unique needs and goals of each patient
- Maintain open communication with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio
- Minimum 1 year of experience in PCU or similar acute care setting
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights, for 36 hours per week
- Flexibility to commit to 13 weeks of travel nursing assignment
