This 12-hour day shift Skilled Nursing position requires a dedicated and compassionate nurse who can work effectively with patients and families. As a travel nurse RN, you will provide direct patient care, participate in multidisciplinary rounds, and maintain accurate documentation of patient information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patient needs, developing individualized care plans to meet those needs
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, participating in performance improvement initiatives as requested
Requirements
Candidates for this Skilled Nursing position must possess:
- A current RN license and active registration
- At least one year of experience in Skilled Nursing or a related field
