We are seeking a skilled CT Technician for a travel assignment in New Brunswick, New Jersey. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) scanners.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT scans on patients to produce accurate diagnostic images
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and patient care
- Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Follow established protocols for radiation safety and patient protection
- Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or Computed Tomography
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CT scanning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
