Cath Lab Tech Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cath Lab Tech Technician to support our team on a travel assignment in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

Job Description:

• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cath lab setting.
• Prepare and maintain equipment, ensuring proper function and optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient information, procedure details, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient laboratory operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain various medical equipment, including fluoroscopy machines and ECG monitors.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and alert physicians to any changes or concerns.
• Restock supplies and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize resource allocation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and laboratory efficiency.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Tech Technician in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Current certification as a Cardiovascular Technologist or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
