Responsibilities
Coordinated outreach to targeted open HEDIS gaps, reduce barriers and obstacles to care delivery
scheduling appointments, setting up transportation, educating on over the counter benefits, educating on healthy rewards available, and educating on preventative care, etc.)
Advises and educates Provider practices in appropriate HEDIS measures, and HEDIS ICD-10 / CPT coding in accordance with NCQA requirements.
Required Qualifications
2 years Customer Service Exp in a healthcare setting
2 years of Quality / Healthcare exp
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Public Health, Nursing, psychology, Social Work, Health Administration, or two plus years health field or equivalent work experience
HEDIS outreach exp preferred
Provider Engagement / Representative exp preferred
RN / LPN / SW preferred
Salary : $30
