Job Description:
The Registered Nurse-Intensive Care Unit will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients requiring invasive monitoring and life-sustaining therapies. This role involves working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and prioritizing patient needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring patient responses to treatment and adjusting care plans accordingly
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in New York State
- 1 years of ICU experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
