About the Role:
The Registered Nurse-Intensive Care Unit will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery. You will assess patients' conditions, develop effective care plans, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective communication
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' responses to treatment and adjust care plans as necessary
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in New Jersey
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ICU or Critical Care setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
