Job Summary:
As a Senior Account Executive of PMO Services, the main objective is to leverage business networks to sell TotalTek’s PMO Services expertise and deliver above and beyond client experience. The Senior Account Executive has a track record of success with selling IT services to Fortune 100 clients on the west coast and understands how PMO Services solves business challenges and delivers quantifiable ROI to clients. The role is a hybrid role with some digital selling and outside sales as appropriate, with an ability to solve customer challenges virtually and in person. This role strives for continuous growth in the market through partnerships with clients and providers within the industry using short and long term business planning skills focused on technical workforce strategies and solutions. These targeted client lists will include a mix of large prospect accounts as well as significant existing TotalTek clients. This candidate will achieve overall sales goals and profitability by exemplifying TotalTek values.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Sell services and manage relationships to Fortune 100 accounts
- Close at least $1 million in sales (Year 1) through new customer acquisition
- Manage $5 million in revenue annually with consistent mix of new business
- Excel at bringing PMO Services expertise to different industries and line of business owners.
- Gather and understand business and technical requirements for all active and proactive recruitment projects to provide day to day client delivery to target accounts within assigned territory.
- Contact, establish, and develop synergy with internal and external stakeholders to develop highly beneficial professional relationships and personal branding that supports the intent and goals of the division and harnesses industry trends, technologies, and innovations
- Contribute to the growth of the organization by providing creative ideas with effective communication processes to gain new customers and prospects sales and refine the current access to clients
- Speak directly with the Client Management team(s) and related stakeholders to facilitate process and project completion.
- Understand and articulate TotalTek’s goals, objectives and cross functional teams
- Conduct team member development and training through face to face meeting and technological mediums
- Utilize internal systems and follow processes as assigned or directed including but not limited to forms protocols, applicant tracking systems, vendor management systems, etc.
- Complete other tasks as assigned or directed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Effectively and efficiently utilize various communication and computer platforms including but not limited to social and professional online networking platforms, applicant tracking systems, customer relationship management systems, email/outlook, phone, text, webcam, chat/blog, etc.
- Dynamic and self-motivated. Business acumen and drive necessary to be part of a fast-paced, changing environment

Education and Experience:
- 7 Years of experience working for an IT Services firm, business consulting or similar services.
- At least 2 years of experience in consultative selling including services and solutions to large enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated success in managing $5 million in revenue annually with consistent mix of new business.
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Unquestionable personal and professional character and integrity. Must be trustworthy.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. as necessary.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move throughout office environment.
- Continually observe information/data both on paper and electronically at a close range/distance.
- Continually operate computer and other electronic office equipment.
