What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Operations Coordinator position at TotalWellness?
This is a full-time position working on-site in Omaha, NE. The Field Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing our Health Screening Coordinators who work in the field providing onsite services at client events.
Responsibilities
Work directly with the TotalWellness Logistics Manager, Account Managers and Health Screening Coordinators to establish events schedules and assign leads to events. Serve as liaison between the Coordinators and the internal TotalWellness team.
- Create event schedules.
- Confirm dates for events.
- Determine event flow rates and event end times.
- Map out events to create a cost-effective implementation.
- Confirm Coordinators for events.
- Check on Coordinator availability.
- Add Coordinator to event within TotalWellness Scheduling System.
- Document travel and compensation.
- Document shipping details.
- Note any special accommodations.
- Notify travel coordinator regarding hotels, rentals, and flights.
- Train Coordinators on leading events and onsite data collection procedures.
- Oversee travel coordination for Coordinators.
- Maintain relationships with Coordinators.
- Identify new Coordinators.
- Answer questions after hours.
- Willingness to travel to lead events.
- Assist with event preparation such as organizing paperwork, checking on equipment needs, and assigning iPads to event.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field (event management, health screenings, scheduling, etc.)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Health Promotion, Community Health, Business or a related field preferred.
- Medical experience (CNA, phlebotomy, LPN, RN, etc.) preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of the health and wellness marketplace
- Intermediate level PC skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,500.00 - $45,000.00 per year
