JOB TITLE: Executive Office Administrative / HR Coordinator
REPORTS TO: CFO
SUMMARY: Administrative Assistant is responsible for general office management such as the facility safety program, building maintenance, and other administrative projects. HR Coordinator performs various administrative work to support the payroll process, benefit enrollment time attendance, etc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Office management accounts for 70% of the time including supervising a cleaning team, coordinating company safety drills, maintaining emergency plans, evacuation procedures, and related records.
- HR coordinator duties account for 30% of the time including posting job openings, arranging interviews, coordinating background checks, new hire orientation, and maintaining employee records on the ADP portal.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Five or more years working in administration or human resources.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer skills required: Time & Attendance Systems; Human Resource Systems; advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Other skills required: managing outside contractors; coordinating customer visits, multi-tasking, efficient communication, and confident decision-making and problem-solving.

Salary : $64,000 - $80,000
