Description
TOTH is currently seeking a full-time structural engineer-in-training (E.I.T.). The candidate will be producing design drawings/details and preparing calculations for structural projects of wood, masonry, steel, and concrete structures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare engineering drawings and calculations, analysis, and specifications of various building projects
- Perform construction administration tasks (submittal reviews, RFIs, code review responses, etc.)
- Conduct construction observation under direction of a licensed professional engineer
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering
- Have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam
- Committed to earning professional engineering license
- Actively pursuing a Masters degree in Structural Engineering
- Demonstrate continued and progressive technical development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill required
- Previous survey crew, construction experience, co-op or summer internship experience is a plus
- Experience with AutoCad and Revit
