JOB TITLE: Data Entry Fulfillment Specialist
DEPARTMENT: Washlet Repair
REPORTS TO: Supervisor or Manager
EFFECTIVE DATE: 4/24/2024
MAJOR FUNCTION:
Gather data and capture the information into databases. This may include gathering documents from various sources. This may also include extracting information from these materials, capturing data into databases, and storing hard copies. Generally processing the data through programs such as JDE, Salesforce, etc… Assisting other members to fulfill their requests and work orders.
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT:
May include, but not limited to: FAX machine, copiers, printers, Windows based systems, laptop, label machines, tape dispensers, boxes, PPE for office or warehouse, scanners, box cutters, simple hand tools, etc.
MATERIALS:
May include, but not limited to: Contact with: paper, ink, different types of tape, peanuts, bubble wrap, packaging material, general office supplies, plumbing fixtures and accessories.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
MAIN DUTY – Data entry & product/parts fulfillment duties. Shipments, labels, CRMs, etc…
Maintains inventory & repair data accuracy and integrity at all times.
Follows all facility policies and procedures, including, but not limited to the employee handbook.
Must locate, read, understand, and follow SOP’s, SIP’s, and/or WO’s.
Performs duties outlined in work instructions such as SOP’s/SIP’s.
May work with raw materials in the process.
Proper use and management of parts for each role.
Maintains accurate count as appropriate in process.
Performs quality checks during process as outlined in SOP/SIP.
Handles raw material(s) and product(s) according to SOP/SIP manually or with the assistance of moving equipment. Process improvements for productivity, safety, etc.
Maintains good housekeeping practices (safe, neat, and orderly work area per 5S program), follows all safety rules and abides by all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations. Follows and supports ISO related activities, and encourages other associates to follow ISO recommendations.
Assists with training personnel as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Actively contributes to continuous improvement within their area as well as plant wide.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months data entry clerk or fulfillment agent. Must be proficient in the use of modern technology, especially computers. Must possess basic mathematical and measurement skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and an understanding of fractions and decimals). Ability to read and comprehend basic written instructions and procedures.

Repetitive bending/pulling.
Repetitive movements of fingers, hands, wrists and arms.
Ability to lift twenty pounds repeatedly.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The work environment consists of an indoor manufacturing facility with limited heat in winter, not air conditioned in summer. Summer heat is moderate. Minor exposure to odors from lubricants/preservatives as well as fumes from gas operated lift trucks. Moderate noise levels are present. Job requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) that may include, but not limited to; protective gloves, ear plugs, safety glasses, protective sleeves, and safety shoes. Minimal possibility of accidents of a minor nature requiring first aid.
