The duties and responsibilities of the Spray Operator will include but not be limited to the following:
GENERAL JOB SUMMARY
- Position the ware on the spray booth table
- Check the quality of the product before spraying
- Adjust glaze coverage by adjusting the spray gun
- Make adjustments on the spray gun
- Make repairs and clean the spray guns as required
- Check product quality after glaze is applied
- Keep work area clean
- Perform other duties as assigned
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must learn to use a spray gun
- Will require lifting up to 55lbs for up to seven hours per workday
SAFETY EQUIPMENT REQUIRED
- Respirator must be used when spraying
