About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customer adoption and satisfaction with our Smart products and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies for customer onboarding and training
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our Smart products and technologies
- Analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement, and work with the team to develop and implement process improvements
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer knowledge and skills
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong understanding of IoT technology and its applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
