Job Overview

Duties

• Manage classroom behavior by implementing behavior management strategies and promoting a positive atmosphere.
• Supervise students during classroom activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Facilitate small group activities that encourage collaboration and enhance learning.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Communicate effectively with teachers regarding student progress and any concerns that may arise.
• Support caregiving tasks, including toddler care, as needed.

Skills
